I have had excellent experiences working with Jason Keller and the Block Builders team. The most recent project that Block Builders completed for me was the completion of a half-built apartment complex in Lafayette, LA. The project was originally known as “The Reserve at Acadiana.” We bought the loan on the defaulted project, foreclosed, and hired Block Builders to complete the construction for us. This was a very difficult project as it included taking over someone else’s mess, mold remediation, etc. Block Builders did an excellent job with it. They completed the job on-time and on-budget, and we had a very successful investment. I have included a few photos that show the condition of the project when we took it over and then what it looked like after Block Builders completed their work.

I am currently in the process of hiring Block Builders again for another multi-family construction project. I am happy to recommend them as I continue to use them for our investments.
